The sec\u00adond-hand green\u00adhouse was moved from the Nether\u00adlands to Brus\u00adsels. Today, it serves as a place for meet\u00adings, cook\u00ading, and eat\u00ading. One of the ini\u00adtia\u00adtors was the design office 1010 Archi\u00adtec\u00adture Urban\u00adism, which man\u00adaged the par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adto\u00adry build\u00ading process in coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion with the JES and Yota! orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions. \u00a9 Rossel &amp; Cie \u2014 Bruno D\u2019Alimonte<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-container-15 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<p>In the north of Brus\u00adsels, sur\u00adround\u00aded by streets and yet almost hard to find, a small par\u00adadise has emerged. In 2013, a diverse team put an idea into prac\u00adtice: they com\u00adbined the spe\u00adcial and unique fea\u00adtures of a park with urban agri\u00adcul\u00adture and micro-farm\u00ading. Involved were local ini\u00adtia\u00adtives and groups that had been using the fringes of the fal\u00adlow land for some time for the col\u00adlec\u00adtive cul\u00adti\u00adva\u00adtion of fruit and veg\u00adeta\u00adbles, small ani\u00admal hus\u00adbandry, and pigeon\u00adries. The result\u00ading location\u2014Parckfarm\u2014still brings the neigh\u00adbor\u00adhood togeth\u00ader today. Dif\u00adfer\u00adent actors orga\u00adnize var\u00adi\u00adous activ\u00adi\u00adties, work\u00adshops, gar\u00adden\u00ading, and debates. How\u00adev\u00ader, a land use plan for the area is now in place.
