The work EUROPA was cre\u00adat\u00aded in the after\u00admath of Britain\u2019s ref\u00ader\u00aden\u00addum for with\u00addraw\u00adal from the Euro\u00adpean Union. Europe, accord\u00ading to the archi\u00adtec\u00adture and plan\u00adning office more\u00adPlatz, lacks vis\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty, pub\u00adlic pres\u00adence, and pos\u00adi\u00adtive feed\u00adback. The huge lumi\u00adnous tubes, which have been on dis\u00adplay in Berlin and many oth\u00ader loca\u00adtions across Ger\u00admany and abroad since their first instal\u00adla\u00adtion in Novem\u00adber 2016, were con\u00adcep\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adized to address this artic\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded lack. But this notion of Europe that these let\u00adters and this light fix\u00adture are meant to rep\u00adre\u00adsent is also viewed crit\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly by many for Europe\u2019s exter\u00adnal bor\u00adders are being increas\u00ading\u00adly sealed off and defend\u00aded. The promise of an open and sol\u00adidary Europe remains for many an unat\u00adtain\u00adable goal. Radi\u00adant EUROPA does not shine equal\u00adly for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
