They depict traces in a city\u2019s exis\u00adtence, in the life of one or more peo\u00adple. Sup\u00adpos\u00aded\u00adly famil\u00adiar things, the inter\u00adface between inside and out\u00adside, are strange\u00adly dis\u00adtort\u00aded by this enlarge\u00adment. Even the uncan\u00adny view of an apart\u00adment from above, which could not pos\u00adsi\u00adbly be pho\u00adtographed in this way, changes the sup\u00adposed famil\u00adiar\u00adi\u00adty of the inte\u00adri\u00adors. It turns the pri\u00advate into the pub\u00adlic with\u00adout the occu\u00adpants\u2019 knowl\u00adedge. As spec\u00adta\u00adtors, we take an observ\u00ading, a dis\u00adtanc\u00ading posi\u00adtion; strange\u00adly for\u00adeign, sound\u00adless, pas\u00adsive, and entire\u00adly with\u00adout par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adtion. It is not long before this voyeuris\u00adtic view of the lives of oth\u00aders becomes unpleas\u00adant. Quick, let\u2019s get out of here and into the city!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
