Instead, the office devel\u00adops strate\u00adgies for the care\u00adful decon\u00adstruc\u00adtion of hous\u00ades slat\u00aded for demo\u00adli\u00adtion. Mate\u00adri\u00adals recov\u00adered through these process\u00ades of dis\u00adman\u00adtling are re-claimed and offered for sale on a web\u00adsite. The spec\u00adtrum is broad and ranges from cab\u00adi\u00adnet han\u00addles to oak par\u00adquet, from lamps to porce\u00adlain wash\u00adbasins, from glass blocks to floor tiles. Rotor\u2019s gen\u00ader\u00adal aim is to raise aware\u00adness of exist\u00ading assets and cre\u00adate a legal frame\u00adwork for reuse. Many local author\u00adi\u00adties now use the collective\u2019s hand\u00adbook when con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ading new lives for exist\u00ading pub\u00adlic buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
