The kitchen of Urban Space 100 finances a vari\u00adety of urban projects ini\u00adti\u00adat\u00aded by civ\u00adil soci\u00adety, such as the ren\u00ado\u00adva\u00adtion of cul\u00adtur\u00adal her\u00aditage, street music days, com\u00adput\u00ader work\u00adshops for chil\u00addren or recy\u00adcling sta\u00adtions for plas\u00adtics. \u00a9 Teple Misto<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

When Yuriy Fylyuk and his friends moved from Kyiv to Ivano-Frankivsk in the sum\u00admer of 2008, they found a place with scarci\u00adties of all sorts. Out of this, Teple Mis\u00adto or Warm City emerged\u2014a net\u00adwork that today includes around six\u00adty local com\u00adpa\u00adnies. A restau\u00adrant became one of the plat\u00adforms for the group\u2019s activ\u00adi\u00adties and serves as a place for meet\u00ading as well as exchange. One hun\u00addred peo\u00adple par\u00adtic\u00adi\u00adpate as co-financiers in the Urban Space 100 project. Since 2015, parts of the restaurant\u2019s prof\u00adits have gone into a pot that finances and sup\u00adports ini\u00adtia\u00adtives, small and larg\u00ader projects. The mon\u00adey col\u00adlect\u00aded in this way has already been used to restore his\u00adtoric build\u00ading entrances, pro\u00adcure com\u00adput\u00aders for med\u00adical facil\u00adi\u00adties, and orga\u00adnize sport\u00ading events and festivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Urban Space 100 at 19 Mykhaila Hru\u00adshevsko\u00adho Street in Ivano-Frankivsk\u2014a com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of restau\u00adrant, radio sta\u00adtion and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty center\u2014has been around since 2014. The idea for this place was gen\u00ader\u00adat\u00aded by the Teple Mis\u00adto Plat\u00adform, which was respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the pub\u00adlic rela\u00adtions work for the project and was also look\u00ading for the founders: 100 peo\u00adple, all of whom want\u00aded to play an active role in shap\u00ading their liv\u00ading envi\u00adron\u00adment. They do this by invest\u00ading 80% of the prof\u00adits from the restau\u00adrant in social\u00adly com\u00admit\u00adted and non-prof\u00adit projects.
