The rea\u00adson for the unusu\u00adal gath\u00ader\u00ading were dra\u00admat\u00adic changes in St. Pauli. The neigh\u00adbor\u00adhood called for a \u00bbbot\u00adtom up-orga\u00adnized, demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic plan\u00adning process.\u00ab With the expe\u00adri\u00adence and the mobi\u00adliza\u00adtion pow\u00ader of the broad Right-to-the-city-move\u00adment back\u00ading them, the inter\u00addis\u00adci\u00adpli\u00adnary plan\u00adning office Plan\u00adbude is found\u00aded to devel\u00adop a new land use plan for the city. Wish pro\u00adduc\u00adtion starts in late sum\u00admer. Planbude\u2019s claim: \u00bbKnack\u2019 den St. Pauli Code!\u00ab (Crack the St. Pauli code!) becomes the leit\u00admo\u00adtif for a process that builds on mul\u00adti\u00adlin\u00adgual\u00adism in expres\u00adsion and mak\u00ading. The results of the process are cap\u00adtured in a con\u00adtract and become the foun\u00adda\u00adtion for a plan\u00adning com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adtion. Local knowl\u00adedge builds the basis for the rein\u00adven\u00adtion of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Esso Hous\u00ades at Spiel\u00adbu\u00adden\u00adplatz in Hamburg\u2019s St. Pauli dis\u00adtrict were built in the late 1950s and were con\u00adsid\u00adered at risk of col\u00adlapse in the ear\u00adly 2010s. Plan\u00adbude orga\u00adnizes civ\u00adil soci\u00adety resis\u00adtance to the plans of the Ham\u00adburg Sen\u00adate for the site, which has now been vacat\u00aded.
