Since 2005, she has lec\u00adtured on cul\u00adtur\u00adal diver\u00adsi\u00adty, lit\u00ader\u00ada\u00adture, and media from an inter\u00adsec\u00adtion\u00adal Black fem\u00adi\u00adnist per\u00adspec\u00adtive. In 2011, she was the Cul\u00adture and Media Coor\u00addi\u00adna\u00adtor of the State Action Plan against Racism and Eth\u00adnic Dis\u00adcrim\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion. Since 2012, she has curat\u00aded the Black Berlin Bien\u00adnale for Con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adrary Art &amp; Decolo\u00adnial Dis\u00adcourse, which has been an offi\u00adcial project of the UN Decade for Peo\u00adple of African Descent since 2016. Since 2019 she is spokesper\u00adson of the Coun\u00adcil for Diver\u00adsi\u00adty and Social Inclu\u00adsion (RDSI) of the devel\u00adop\u00adment pol\u00adi\u00adcy cen\u00adter Berlin Glob\u00adal Vil\u00adlage in Neuk\u00f6lln.<br><br>Gueril\u00adla Archi\u00adtects is a mul\u00adti-dis\u00adci\u00adpli\u00adnary artist col\u00adlec\u00adtive based in Berlin. By focus\u00ading their work on spa\u00adtial inter\u00adven\u00adtions and socio-crit\u00adi\u00adcal art projects, they approach urban devel\u00adop\u00adment by being \u00bbgueril\u00adla\u00ab. This means that great val\u00adue is not nec\u00ades\u00adsar\u00adi\u00adly only cre\u00adat\u00aded by build\u00ading on a grand scale. On the con\u00adtrary, by work\u00ading with exist\u00ading struc\u00adtures, it often only requires min\u00adi\u00admal\u00adly inva\u00adsive inter\u00adven\u00adtions in order to give new mean\u00ading to for\u00admer invis\u00adi\u00adble spaces.
