DESCRIPTION:Der Konzep­tkün­stler Ahmet Öğüt arbeit­et mit den ver­schiede­nen Medi­en Fotografie\, Video und Instal­la­tion­skun­st zu Fra­gen kul­tureller Iden­titäten und poli­tis­ch­er Ide­olo­gien. Häu­fig ver­wen­det er Humor und lockere nar­ra­tive Struk­turen\, wenn er eher ern­ste und drän­gende soziale und poli­tis­che The­men kom­men­tiert. 2009 repräsen­tierte er die Türkei im türkischen Pavil­lon auf der 53. Bien­nale di Venezia.ahmetogut.comPhilipp Mis­sel­witz ist Architekt und Stadt­forsch­er und leit­et seit 2013 als Uni­ver­sität­spro­fes­sor die Habi­tat Unit—Fachgebiet für inter­na­tionale Urban­is­tik und Entwerfen—der TU Berlin. Er studierte an der Uni­ver­sität Cam­bridge und der Archi­tec­tur­al Asso­ci­a­tion in Lon­don. Als Berater für die GIZ und UN-Organ­i­sa­tio­nen sowie im Rah­men sein­er Pro­mo­tion beschäftigt er sich seit 2005 mit Urban­isierung­sprozessen in Flüchtlingslagern und entwick­elte par­tizipa­tive Pla­nungsstrate­gien zur Ein­beziehung der Geflüchteten bei der Verbesserung ihrer Lebens­be­din­gun­gen. He often uses humor and loose nar­ra­tive struc­tures to offer his com­men­tary on rather seri­ous and press­ing social and polit­i­cal issues.
